You can get your true size; it's a very nice dress. For those with wider hips, getting one size larger might be better.
I'm 1.67 meters tall and weigh 61 kilograms. I bought size 38/40, and it fits well. I think it will be comfortable up to 70 kilograms. The fabric is nice, and it looks good. It doesn't reveal the arms from the inside, which was my only concern. The length is also ideal. I bought it for 209 TL on sale.
