Perfect, exactly the same as in the photo. I'm 163 cm tall and weigh 67 kg, and size 42 fit me perfectly. The length is just right too. You can buy without hesitation. Only the collar feels uncomfortable when it rubs, but it can be easily fixed by adding a lining.
The dress is really beautiful and very stylish. It fits me perfectly, and I'm 167 cm tall and weigh 74 kg. The zipper closes very easily, and it's even a bit loose, so it could be considered slightly oversized.
